1981 Ad for Lila’s Restaurants

Lila’s is a legendary Cuban restaurant. Their signature dish was a Palomilla Steak covered in little french fried potatoes. They were also known for their delicious desserts.

Lila’s last location was in the heart of Westchester (8518 Coral Way) for over 20 years til it was torn down in 2005. At one point there were two locations in Westchester, one in Hialeah, another in Hallandale Beach and the original spot in Little Havana.

The Lila’s name and company still live on via their Desserts which are available in most Supermarkets in South Florida.
